Abstract

I am pleased to share that ‘Pakistan BioMedical Journal’ is progressing by leaps and bounds. I congratulate to the journal team for their passion and enthusiasm in the growth of journal. All the team is working very hard. I would also like to appreciate the authors from wide range of disciplines for their scholarly contributions for our journal. By this issue, we have completed four successful years of publication. We are also proud to announce with great pleasure that PBMJ is recognized by ‘Higher Education Commission’ (HEC) of Pakistan. It is really a great matter of contentment for us and we will continue working hard to achieve further milestones. In 2021, we had to increase the number of articles in both the issues due to large number of incoming articles. At the end, I would like to wish Happy Christmas, Happy ending 2021 and Happy New Year 2022 in advance, to the International Community across the globe. I wish all the readers, authors and Editorial team with a joyous and prosperous life ahead. We, as a scientific community, may collaborate and support each other in the upcoming year as well. I would also like to extend my heartiest gratitude to the reviewers who have made enormous contribution in refining the articles and making this journal a great success.
