RETRACTED:
This is with regard to final Decision regarding complaint raised by Dr. Tasleem Arif.
Though Hozaifa bin Asif, submitted his apology in this regard and as per telephonic conversation with Dr. Tasleem Arif he admits that our conflict has settled down after the apology and he will email the withdrawal of his complaint but after few reminders and found no response from Dt Tasleem Arif.
Instead, we received an email of supervisor Dr. Syed Zia ul Islam requesting to settle the issue my adding their names in the article under question.
At this stage we are unable to Add or subtract any author from the article, as to date matter is not solved between the parties, Hence our decision is to RETRACT the said article as we have provided both sides enough time to settle their issues at their end.
